IBrowseJobs Technologies Pvt Ltd ("BrowseJobs", "we", "us") operates browsejobs.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using this website or our services you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details — name, phone number and email address you submit through our enquiry, masterclass, counselling, waitlist or enrolment forms.
• Enrolment details — qualification and city/address, collected only when you register for a paid program.
• Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials; we receive only a payment confirmation and reference ID.
• Call recordings — counselling and admissions calls are recorded and AI-monitored for quality and to ensure no one promises anything we won't honour in writing.
• Technical data — IP address, browser user-agent and campaign parameters (UTM tags), used for security and to understand where enquiries come from.
• Wishlist — courses you save are kept in a session cookie on your own device, not in an account.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you on phone, WhatsApp or email about the programs you asked about.
• To deliver the services you signed up for — masterclass links, bootcamp access, batch schedules, invoices and enrolment agreements.
• To process and verify payments, prevent fraud, and maintain financial records required by law.
• To improve our counselling quality through recorded, AI-monitored calls.
• To measure marketing performance using aggregated analytics.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
• We do not send spam — a counsellor reaches out only in response to a form you submitted.
• We do not store your payment credentials on our servers.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business: Razorpay (payments), our email and WhatsApp delivery providers, and analytics tools. During placement support, we share your professional profile (CV, project portfolio) with hiring partners — that is the service you enrolled for. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained while we service your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. Enrolment, payment and agreement records are retained as required by Indian tax and company law. Call recordings are retained for quality-assurance periods and then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to info@ibrowsejobs.com and we will act within a reasonable time, subject to records we must keep by law.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep your wishlist and form state working, and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site will still work, though your wishlist won't persist.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it to serve you. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
