These terms govern your use of browsejobs.ai and your relationship with IBrowseJobs Technologies Pvt Ltd ("BrowseJobs", "we", "us"). By using this website, submitting a form, or enrolling in a program you accept these terms. Your individual enrolment agreement — signed at the time of joining — is the definitive contract; where it differs from this page, the signed agreement prevails.

1. Our services

BrowseJobs provides IT training programs, career counselling, mock-interview preparation and placement support. The free steps (counselling with a written career report, the live masterclass, and the 7-hour Python bootcamp) carry no payment obligation whatsoever.

2. Fees

• Registration fee: ₹30,000 per live program (EMI option 3 × ₹10,000), payable only after the free masterclass and bootcamp, to reserve your seat and mentor bandwidth.
• Placement fee: equal to your first 3 months' CTC, due only after you accept an offer, paid as 6 monthly EMIs from your new salary. Your ₹30,000 registration is adjusted inside this fee.
• All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise on your invoice.

3. What we commit to — in writing

• A syllabus rebuilt monthly from real and mock interviews monitored by our AI.
• Interview readiness decided on your mock-interview data.
• 3-channel placement presentation: profile optimisation, HR broadcast and direct clients.
• One year of unlimited live batches, upskilling and access to recordings.

4. What we do not promise

We do not — and legally cannot — guarantee employment or a fixed salary. Hiring depends on the live market and your performance. We never fabricate experience or credentials; all projects and internships are real. Statistics on this site are internal historical figures, not a promise of individual outcome.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information in forms and during enrolment.
• Attend classes, complete projects and mock interviews — placement support depends on your participation.
• Do not share, resell or publish class recordings or course materials; they are for your personal use only.
• Pay agreed fees on time, including placement-fee EMIs after you accept an offer.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. A payment is considered complete only after gateway confirmation and signature verification on our servers. The amount charged is always taken from our course catalogue — never from values submitted by a browser. You will receive an invoice by email after successful payment.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the 30-day money-back guarantee written into every enrolment agreement.

8. Intellectual property

All course materials, recordings, the syllabus engine and this website's content are the property of IBrowseJobs Technologies Pvt Ltd. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning.

9. Call recording

Counselling and admissions calls are recorded and AI-monitored. This protects you — no verbal promise that contradicts your written agreement is valid — and helps us maintain counselling quality.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of a program is limited to the fees you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income or employment opportunities.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
