Refund Policy

1. The guarantee, plainly

If you enrol in any live BrowseJobs program and decide within your first 30 days that it isn't for you — for any reason, or none — we refund your registration fee in full. You do not need to justify the decision, and no one will pressure you to stay.

2. How the 30 days are counted

The guarantee period starts on your program start date (your first scheduled class), not the payment date. If you paid the registration in EMIs, all instalments paid are covered by the same guarantee.

3. How to request a refund

1. Email info@ibrowsejobs.com from your registered email (or WhatsApp +91 86185 19825) with your payment reference.
2. We confirm the request within 2 business days — there is no exit interview or retention call unless you ask for one.
3. The refund is issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

4. What is refundable

• Registration fee (₹30,000 or EMIs paid) — fully refundable within the first 30 days of the program.
• The free steps — counselling, career report, masterclass and the 7-hour bootcamp involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
• Duplicate or failed payments — automatically refundable in full at any time. If money was deducted but your payment shows as failed, it is normally auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days; contact us if it isn't.

5. After 30 days

Once the 30-day window closes, the registration fee is non-refundable — the seat, mentor bandwidth and one-year access have been reserved for you. Exceptional cases (for example, a documented medical situation) are reviewed individually; write to us and a human will read it.

6. Placement fee

The placement fee exists only after you accept a job offer. If you never accept an offer, no placement fee is ever due — there is nothing to refund because nothing is charged. Once you accept an offer and begin EMIs, the placement fee is non-refundable, as the service it pays for has been delivered.

7. Batch transfers instead of refunds

Enrolled students get one year of unlimited live batches. If timing is your only problem, you can switch to any later batch at no cost — no refund needed. This never affects your right to the 30-day guarantee.
